Note the difference in the navigational panels. The old CD has the panels on the right and left. The new one has one on top. however, if you have an old CD, one with the left and right navigational panels, it will not work properly with the online site. It will basically encumber the new design online into the center of the old page creating a confusing design and one that cannot be readily seen within the smaller space.
